Wildtree/Pampered Chef Party - What a winning combination!  Food Sampling Galore!  Everyone knows about Pampered Chef and their awesome products but Wildtree is new to OK.  It is a food preparation company that has created some awesome spices/marinades/dips/other yummy healthy food products which provides recipes using their products that can be previously prepared and frozen if so desired so it is ready to make when you are pressed for time or etc.  I recently spent $160 for 10 delicious main meals (includes the meat and veggies –you supply the side dishes if any are needed) – each meal feeds 4-6 people.  My husband (Mr. Picky) loves Wildtree meals.  Party time is September 30th at 6:30 pm at Pamela's house.  Everyone is invited.  There will be wine!  If possible, please RSVP by Wednesday, Sept. 27.

Gallery Farm Junior Team

In May of 2004, the Gallery Farm Junior Team formed. The goal of the Junior Team is to raise funds to participate in competitions and learning activities that the team members could not otherwise attend without financial assistance. With the support of their families, over the past years the team has raised enough funds to go to several competitions.

Every year, the junior team organizes private dressage and jumping (stadium and cross country) clinics with local and out of state clinicians. Past clinicians include Meighan Ferguson, Peggy Blair, Dynah Korhummel, Louise Waring, Peggy Wilkerson, Maggie Kemmer, Janelle Williams, and Jennifer Ohmes. The team has competed at the Quail Run Horse Trials in Texas, Curragh Equestrian Center's Schooling Horse Trials also in Texas, and Briar Fox Farm Recognized Dressage show in Wichita, KS.

All Gallery Farm junior students (21 years and under) are eligible to partake in this program after taking regular lessons at Galley Farm for three months, continuing to take regular lessons (at least once a week), and then participating in 75% of fund raising efforts for a minimum of three months after joining the team. Currently, funds are allocated (a lump sum) to each team member once they qualify and then the member chooses the shows or clinics on which to spend his/her money. In 2010, each team member was allocated $700.
